FAQ’s

What sizes do you print?

Prints come in A1, A2, A3 and A4 sizing. This is for familiarity when imagining the size of the prints and to maximise the ease of framing. If you would like a custom size, get in touch, and I am sure we can sort something out.

Where do you get your photos printed?

I get my photos printed at Fitzgerald Photos in North Perth. Photos are printed on fine art paper, so avoid touching the print directly when it arrives. This is to ensure the high-quality prints that you are looking for when you purchase the photos. It also feels good to support another small business in Perth.

Can I return my print?

Because all orders are custom made If you change your mind, I generally do not do returns or exchanges. If your print is damaged in transit, please message me with a photo, and I will see what I can do.

How do I get a frame?

I have chosen the sizing of the photos to make it easy to find affordable frames. You can find frames that fit my photos at well-known stores like Kmart and Spotlight, as well as most other places that sell frames.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping is available on orders over $60. To apply free shipping, enter the code SHIP60 at checkout after you have entered your shipping address. The discount will appear once the address details are complete.

If the code doesn’t apply straight away, double-check that your order total is over $60 and that your shipping address has been entered before applying the code. If you are still having issues, feel free to get in touch, and I can help.

How long will delivery take?

As I take care of all aspects here, delivery might be longer than expected. Photos are also printed to order, so this may also cause delays. I would give 1-4 weeks. Other special items (calendars, stubby holders and towels) may take longer. I will do my best to get your photos to you as soon as possible, but delays can occur. If you need it by a specific date, message me, and I will do my best to make that possible. Express shipping and printing options are available if the print is more urgent.

How are the photos shipped?

Photos are shipped rolled up in a tube via AusPost. Calendars and other special items will be sent in a package envelope. Tracking numbers are provided and will be sent when shipped. Perth Metro deliveries may be delivered by me to your door.
